1- 3/16" is what you want in American, Ed. 1 3/8" is 1.375".

30mm is 1.181". 1 3/16" is 1.1875".

Take some off the pulley, and install a shim on the crank pulley. Crank shims are usually about an 1/8" thick. You might want to also get a longer crank bolt to make sure you've got enough thread engagement.
