No idea how the relay failed. All I know is the highs work, the fuse is fine, and, last time, replacing the low beam (30-amp Bosch) relay with one like it out of the spares box made it all work. Until some time yesterday afternoon between 2 and 4:30 pm.

How do you test a relay to learn why it went bad?
