I have zero experience with CB's Black Box. I have experience with a large POS 009 with +/- 5 degrees at 3000 rpm.

I hope that Stan is correct, but if the spark trigger is in the POS 009, the scatter may remain. If the trigger is elsewhere(and I hope it is, and it's on the crank) then it will certainly NOT scatter.
