@Stan Galat, I agree with your assessment of the “new” turbo development. My 997.1 TT has that variable turbine turbo and it is amazing what it can do for torque in the 1st gear off of a standing still. Specially when that “Sport Mode” button is pressed, allowing that over boost. Personally I notice no turbo lag at all. I AM the only lag in shifting to 2nd gear.

Not young any more!
