I run big metal fuel filters from American cars , one out of the gas tank and another in the back where it comes out of the chassis and away from any hot exhaust ,

you probably want to replace all the rubber fuel hoses anyway so just add some metal fuel filters ,

What kind of carbs are on the motor ?
