Sorry you had problems, Will.

As I recall, the 'big bore' (1.5") heater boxes from Aircooled have flanges aligned for a Bugpack exhaust. They used to post a warning that for any other system, the flanges had to be cut and rewelded in the correct orientation.

Now I see that warning is gone and they just say the boxes are for use with the Bugpack, period.

I guess nothing on these cars is plug and play.
