I must say that Aron swarmed all over the door latch problem I had a few weeks ago with perfect advice and parts. It was easy to repair and works perfectly. He definitely went above and beyond for me and I was more than pleased. I don't know about the sewing problem and wonder if the same supplier who did Kirk's work handled this particular piece.
