HRBB (Hot Rods By Boyd). They're Coddington wheels (Model A with the knock-off kit, unless I'm mistaken) - full custom offsets and drillings. Pricing is not for the faint of heart.

Joe Fortino has a set, and there have been a few VMC cars that have had them of late.
