You mostly have a choice of H(130mph) or V(149mph) in just about all of "our" sizes. I do realize that none of us will ever reach those speeds without becoming airborne like Mark Webber in the Lemans prototype Mercedes.

But I do believe that the V-rated tires have a slightly stiffer sidewall than the H.
