Theron contacted me when I placed the for sale ad, offering that it might be better if I posted a asking price.

I ask Theron to delete the for sale ad and I then made a post asking input from the forum members on what might be a fair price for my project.

Thought it might be prudent to clarify "the ad, no ad issue".
