@Lfepardo we have a bunch of those scattered around the towns around me. As active businesses have folded, especially during the pandemic, their buildings are getting scooped up by people for storage of all sorts of things. An old High School hot rod friend just bought a 14,000 sq. foot commercial building and already has 40 cars parked in there, only three are his, with room for another dozen. The rent pays the mortgage on both that building as well as his house! He’s got plans to add a couple of lifts, tools and welding/machining tools. I told him he needs a bar and coffee station.
