Reply to "wanting a reliable speedster replica"

In Seattle we didn’t have any of these back in 2015, and a bunch of us jocked around about pooling our resources/ tools/experiences and renting a place were we could all store/work on our cars + hang out, eat, hold our weekly pocker games & watch sports... and pay the bills by renting out the space to PCA and other local car club members so our spouses would be indifferent to the out of pocket $$$$ and get our toys out of their space—- I.e.- the house.

One of the dads was Ethan Stole ( local restaurant entrepreneur and brides made at our wedding)... some dads had really cool car collections.    Fast fwd a year, one of the dads retired from his 20+ year career working for a leading local venture capital company and made it possible.   He is the face of the company ;-), and we now have a club house to hang out in, play with our toys.  and we eat like kings!!!!

for some reason, the pandemic has fast-tracked the growth of this particular business model.  People are downsizing their local family homes, and moving their toys into places like this.
