Where to relocate the oil filter?

I have a Speedster made by Vintage Speedsters in 2016 and would like to mount a Setrab 1-Series Oil Cooler 19 Row w/12 Volt Fan in the left rear wheel well; however, there is a problem.

The oil filter was already mounted to the very back of the wheel well and there is not enough room for both it and the oil cooler to fit in the wheel well along with the required plumbing. . . without having the tire rub against the cooler while making a turn or hitting a bump in the road.

Clearly, the filter must be moved some where else in order to properly fit the oil cooler in the wheel well. Does anyone have a suggestion as to where it can be relocated?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
