I tried to get a photo of my set up. Nearly impossible without pulling the tires. Its the same as what Mitch describes. My filter is pushed waay back and sits at a 45 degree angle way in the back of the fender. I use a setrab sammich thermostat adaptor to plumb the cooler in. Oil lines from the motor go to the oil filter bracket. The sammich screws onto the filter adaptor. The two lines from the cooler screw into the sammich. The oil filter screws onto the sammich. Easy peasy.
@coolryde built me a oil cooler bracket that mounts the cooler 90 degrees off the rear frame rail. Plenty of room back there.
See... Impossible to get a good photo. Ignore that rubber anti vibe grommet. I need to get a better set. I lost one and cut that out of scrap rubber.
Kevin - if you read this... Killer bracket. Fit without any issues. For future brackets, it would be cool if you could make the mounting tabs longer so we can use both mounting holes in the setrab cooler. Notice how I only used one hole above? 
Im not super worried about it. I can get one bolt per corner. It is solid.
