Someone gave me one of the later Cray computers when I was setting up a supercomputing center for university researchers. It was boxed in 12 wooden crates each the size of a forklift.
After careful estimations of space, power and cooling requirements, I sold it for spare parts and bought a cluster of small computers with the proceeds. Tech do become obsolete quickly.
