You're right Mitch. Except you're going the wrong way. Altitude means less dense air. So less air. You need a proportionate amount of less fuel at the same time(which is clockwise or in or less).

As was suggested before, 3500 feet is not going to change things enough to re-jet or even tweak the screws.
