Peter,

I live in the States and unfortunately do not speak German. Three of my grandparents were from Germany though. "Windhund" is of course German for greyhound, it was also the nickname the Porsche engineers gave the first 356 prototype that came down the Stuttgart assembly line (it belonged to Dr. Porsche), it is also what is on my North Carolina DMV license tag, too.
