In all my years of hauling cars everything was in gear and the E' brake set. A neighbor (who should have never got into auto transporting) lost a high end car off the tail end of his three car wedge trailer. When I asked him about using a tether strap on the last car to the next forward vehicle on the trailer for safety he had no idea as to what I was talking about.
