The overall condition, including lack of tins in the engine compartment, make me think a homebuilt Fiberfab or CMC. The dash does look like a Vintage, but we've seen a lot of Fiberfab/CMC cars with VS dashes. How about a picture of the engine lid grill? If it's cast then this is definitely a Fiberfab/CMC.
