The simplest thing would be to contact Vintage with the chasis serial number..... If it was built in house, they may have that data..... Dual Webers means nothing.... They can run on a 1200 cc engine as well as a 2332..... Otherwise you pull a head, measure bore and stroke...

Or you could fill one cylinder with a measured amount of oil and get a close SWAG....

I know this sounds trite, but its the only way I know of.... Sorry.
