Well, for the second time the welds that hold the baffles in my muffler have failed and I want a different muffler.

I know that several of you folks with upright Type IVs in your Speedsters are happy with the muffler you are using and Id sure love to know whay brand you have.

We did try a CSP Python but it didn't fit my VS.

Any advice will be appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Jack, you've said repeatedly that you liked the way my car sounded.
Suzuki 650 ATV muffler. Not sh*t, right off of an ATV. Used.
Stainless, three-bolt flange, 3" inlet. The throughput is nice, and I don't have any breathing problems at higher rpms. But you already knew that ... ;)

I will be building Jack a complete new system fir his car/ engine. The reason we tooled up to do our own work in house was because of situations just like this that I di not have direct control of.

Now, like every other part of Jacks engine from the imternals to the oil the exhaust will be built right under my roof on Jack's engine in his car.

I don't plan on making more of these units, I am doing this one because it is required.
