Any pictures of the inside cockpit?
That is a smoking deal with a CB 2110!
It sounds like you are very handy with moters. My problem with buying any of these speedster replicas is that I am not handy at all. An chance you'll be at Charlisle? Thanks
David - thanks for the compliment - but no, I don't have any plans to be at Carlisle. From the sounds of it, it seems like a great place to be.
Dennis,
If I did not already have a project I would jump on this deal - I can't believe it still for sale.

David, there at least three options that may work for you: 1) Find a good air-cooled mechanic to handle that stuff....lots of guys do that. 2) Purchase a car with a modern engine that does not need extensive tinkering 3) Buy what you want and learn to do the mechanical stuff yourself. The Keeping our VW Alive book by John Muir will arm you with most of the technical knowledge you would need; it's written for guys like you and me. Just a thought.

John, just noticed your from tenn and have a sas. That is what I really want. Drove down from upstate ny a couple of months ago to visit the sas shop. Worried about time It would take to deliver, what if something happened to owner/ builder, etc. ,any suggestions, idaes regarding this dalema? Thanks
Thank you for the info see next post
David, something happening to an owner/builder would be devastating for any of the small companies that produce these cars. Pick the car you like and roll the dice.
SAS builds a nice coupe however, your await time may exceed a stated time frame.
That is what I have heard, and it's not a couple of months, it could be a couple of years.
