Hello to all,
I am looking at purchasing PORSCHE Lettering to go on the front and rear of my 356 and have come across two sizes, 8" or 10" versions. Which is the correct one to use or are they different from front to back?....Thanks

The 356 Pre-A and A version uses the 8" version, front and rear is the same.

All Speedsters were pre-A and A.
In 1959, the one-year-only Convertible D replaced the Speedster. With the advent of the 356B, the convertibles were either Roadsters (chrome plated windshield surround and single layer canvas top) or Cabriolets (painted windshield surround and padded multi-layer top)

is the a way to buy them to install them without drilling holes?
You can buy the ones with the pins coming out the back, clip them off and then use double sided 3m tape to mount it on the vehicle. This was told to me by a mechanic, I have never done it myself....🤔
The double sided 3M tape method is the easiest and probably the safest. Especially if you are not steady with a drill or you too scared to drill into the body.
It is difficult to get the correct hole position and angle for the Porsche scripts as they are mounted t the radius of the body. I clip off all but two of the pins ( file the cut offs smooth) position and mark holes and drill then use a few drops of Super Glue on the pins and at the pin locations you cut off , this is easy and there is little chance for error.
