The Classified section is open to any individual (non-commercial firms) posting of items for sale. Members posting commercial advertisements must be enrolled in a Supporting Merchant program. 
Postings without relevant details (PRICE, location, condition, etc.) will be deleted.

Two reasons they give, too many submissions at the moment, and that they have a certain type of audience and need it to be a good 'fit'. To me, commission is commission, and you make a good point, list the 35K$ vehicle versus a $6K low mileage Saab or Honda Del Sol, something random I've seen on there. Anyway, they are the boss, and get to have the last word. Here is their exact quote...

"Thank you for submitting your car to Bring a Trailer Auctions for consideration. Unfortunately, we do not feel that your Beck 356 Speedster is a good fit for our site and audience. We are inundated with a high volume of great submissions and simply cannot list them all."

I countered with a 550 Spyder by Beck is just as popular at the car shows as my 356 Speedster by Beck, but oh well. I get to own her just that much longer.
