If you're in the San Francisco Bay Area, here's your chance to put your Speedy on a real race track ("legally" for you-know-who) and go "Balls To The Wall." Don't pass up this opportunity to see what your "addiction" can really do!

Ever dreamed of hitting the Sonoma Raceway turns in your own car? Now you can, all in the name of charity! Speedway Children's Charities will host the 7th annual Laps for Charity on Saturday, January 11. Participants will enjoy classroom instruction from professional instructions, and take part in a lead and follow session for three laps around the 12-turn, 2.52-mile road course. Following the lead/follow session, each driver will be offered the opportunity to take a HOT LAP in the instructor's car. Cost is $150 and all proceeds benefit the Sonoma Chapter of Speedway Children's Charities - Tax Deductible Donation?!

Saturday, Jan. 11, 2020. We will run our day from 11:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Registration is now open! We don’t want you to miss out! Please visit: https://www.speedwaycharities....th-laps-for-charity/.

Keep in mind that this makes a great holiday gift, and you are supporting the kids of Sonoma County!

Please don’t hesitate to contact me with any questions!

Thank you for your support of SCC!

Great cause, Odd choice of wording

OK, I agree ...Cheri Plattner's marketing efforts might be easily misconstrued, but there's nowhere on Sonoma's 12-turn track that comes close to your photo exhibit. Actually, it's hard to see why or how these two numb-nuts ended up as they have.  Anyway, I assure you that putting your Speedy through its paces over the 7-1/2 miles and 36 turns - and none of the cars following you with Code-3 lights and siren  - is certainly a "Bucket List" opportunity. I know, because that's me in my Profile photo coming out of the 7th turn last January!

The photo Ed posted is Nurburgring in Germany. I'm sure it was for illustrative purposes only to highlight the ad speak "hitting the Sonoma Raceway turns in your own car".
