I've been thinking about taking the "original" gauges out of my Beck Spyder and replacing them with some aftermarket ones, preferably, white face ones. I will only put a tach, speedo, and fuel gauge on the dash panel as the owner before me installed head temp, oil temp and pressure gauges in a custom center console. I'll use a warning light for alternator. I will probably pop-rivet a piece of carbon fiber over the whole instrument cluster panel, so finding gauges in the same size will not be a problem.
I have been eyeballing the VDOs and Autometers. Any suggestions, opinions or recommendations from someone who has done this before (or anyone)??

I have thought about doing the same thing with my Beck. I like the look of the VDO gauges(white face). I just have not been able to bring myself to pull the old gauges out.
