Can you imagine that car as a tow vehicle for a Speedster or Spyder on a trailer (or an MG, Ed! ) pulling in to Carlisle or the hotel in Wythville or even Deal’s Gap?
Way, WAY classier than my fancy Pickup Truck!
unknown to me is that Bring a trailer is owned by Hearst auto , as is Road and Track, Car and Driver and Autoweek ......ummmm
Spectacular bit of kit.
Beautiful car but I can't believe they couldn't find a picture of Hitchcock with it to post. A quick Google search doesn't immediately show it.
Sold for almost 100K over what it was recently purchased for. Somebody really wanted it

Hearst bought BaT during Covid (June 2020).
So far Hearst is batting 1.000 screwing up automotive icons, so I'd think BaT is next. C&D and R&T are rags written by illiterate children since Hearst bought them. Anybody who would put Sharon Silke Carty in charge of C&D (even if only for a couple of years) cannot be trusted with running a popsicle stand.
