Another Speedster project

Was all of the wiring done in red wire?  No color variations... ??? Mc B just bought wire by the big spool.  All kinds of fun!

I use Vintage Motorcar's harness , Greg supplies a specific harness, after 54 Speedster projects, I kinda know that harness .

And JPS uses only red and white LOL!

I really don't like the smoothie rims and wide white walls at all.  I'd go 5 ply Monsanto plywood or OSB!

That was back in the day so to speak ....sucked because even with tight straps it walked all over the trailer. Anyone price a sheet of 1/2" Plywood sheathing sheathing ? .... $38  2 x 4 x8' ....$6.50    1/2" sheetrock ...$10  How does anyone build a home today ?  Just went to ACE for misc dune buggy hwd. .... $100 !

No idea, the speedster seats are light tan beige and the square weave carper also two tone tan and beige.

Covid is certainly inflationary in all kinds of areas.

My penny's worth - Stone grey or that medium grey your used before (with the baseball mitt interior color) - still look great with the tan interior.

thats not the stone grey i know, its more a greenish, cream color,,,the grey car in the pic looks more like meteor gray

Here's better stone gray-

I have slight color blindness, some shades appear different to me .. purple / violet, green / brown...but wiring is not a big problem, the trick is to have good lighting and  back up a wire with a piece of white paper then I can tell the difference.  That Stone grey looks like a blah lighter green to me.  The past three projects have all been Porsche Seal Grey so I need to kick it up a notch or two. The interior that came with the car is a light beige /tan.  I finished removing the lights bumpers etc. we'll trailer it to the shop and spend some time going through his samples and take along the carpet and vinyl. stripping Connie and I will trailer the Speedster. I still have a few weeks to go on the buggy build and hope to do a week in Florida in March and by the slim chance everything happens to fall into place, have this Speedster done the first week of May
