Hey guys,

Looking for a kind member who wouldn't mind showing me their  JPS Suby coupe in the Los Angeles area. I would love to sit as a passenger to see how the engine feels on the road and the build quality. I've been thinking of getting into one and using it as a semi-daily - I have a daily driver and a weekend car but would like something reliable that I can take out more often than my weekend car and nicer than the grocery-getter Thank you!

I'm not aware of any SOCers in LA with a JPS Suby Coupe. BUT, there is an SOCer in LA with a nicely sorted JPS Coupe, Edd  Karyadi (SOC Karyadi) with a Type 1 engine...

...and also in LA is Tom Murtaugh (SOC Tom Murtaugh) with a nicely sorted JPS Speedster with a Suby engine.

They are both very cool guys and probably wouldn't mind showing you their cars. Perhaps contact them via PM on here and see if you guys can arrange a meet up.

As long as you're going to be in the LA area, you would be doing yourself a great disservice if you didn't contact Greg at Vintage Motorcar and see one of his very awesome Coupe builds. His coupes are the early '50s type with the bent windshield. Plus his coupe dashboard layout very accurately represents the P-car gauge layout. The cars coming out of Greg's shop are absolutely top-notch. Check out his website.
