I'm about to wade into a butt sag repair on my CMC wide body. As part of the planning phase, I searched for and read forum posts about the process. Some of the posts mention adhesives, Liquid Nails (seriously?) and Loctite, who makes a vast array of products. Does anyone have specific product recommendations? I'm assuming I need something with strong shear resistance.

I also ran metal bracing using angle iron to raise the post behind door and strap steel to rear.  I'm sure the sag is just from the rivets elongating the holes in the fiberglass but there is only that 1.5" square pipe going to support entire rear.  Seems triangulating it would help.

steel rear reinforcement

Thanks for the heads-up. I'm planning on adding the diagonal braces, I've already got the material.
