Hi guys, I’m new at this , so if this topic has been covered, please excuse me. Was out for a drive yesterday and the clutch cable broke on my Vintage 2014 speedster. I would like to replace it myself, but just realized I can’t just buy a stock 69 clutch cable because these chassis’s have been shortened. So now what? Do I have to have one made? AAAAAAAA! Help please!

Thanks in advance,

Not a problem. I so get it. Thanks for the info. I got the cable from Anthony, our local guru up here, but I’m gonna call Vintage Motorcars in the am to get one of their 550 handbrakes for my speedy. Gonna mount it forward of the shifter. Just gotta hope there is an access hole where the original brake was. I haven’t pulled the carpet yet. It didnt come with a handbrake in the middle. That’s why I liked it. The projects just keep coming. I love it.
