Wouldn't this be neat, cut in half and used as the clutch and brake pedal pads?

Either of these could be the final touch, or possibly over-kill . . .

And MAN, don't those 356 pedals take a while to get used to ? ! ? !

With the upright and the long adjuster rod, the pedal arm is essentially "L" shaped. When you push down on it your foot naturally rises up in the air as it's going down, it feels like it's gonna slide right off of the top of the pedal pad and hit the upper bulkhead.

Then after a certain point you're over-center and it feels even weirder. The 914 set-up is the same way.

Coming from British sports cars with hanging hydraulic pedals, the over-center cable/mechanical clutch linkage took a bit of getting used to I gotta say.
