OK Guys,
I have a 2002 VS (soon to pick up from paint shop) it's chassis is a 1967. my question is which front sway bar to buy. I'm not sure if the standard VS is considered lowered and if so should I buy the sway bar for a lowered car or do I get one for standard non-lowered?

I just got through that, look on another listing here and you'll get the conversation. What I can tell you is to get a standard non-lowered bar 3/4" thick. You will have to have the frame modified a little to add this in so that the bar doens't hit when the suspension is in full droop. I reeeeaaaalllyyy recommend this mod along with the camber compensator, after all VW did it to their beetles from the factory. The car will handle much, much better. Consider it a safety feature.

I just bought a camber compensator from Eddie Janis and will now order the front sway bar.
