The subject car has been for sale on just about every possible venue for the last couple of years, including Excellence, Dupont Registry, Hemmings, and others. Just about everyting short of "O" mag and Ladies Home Journal....it is apparently a nice car, but the folks with the big bucks seem to be avoiding it for some reason....must be a very good reason.....
Jim,

As a 356 Registry Member and a former owner and restorer of a 1960 Sunroof Coupe I know the cars and prices. This guy is hoping to land a fat hog/fish with that price. In one way I hope he gets it but in another I hope not. BTW there were 386 Glaser Cabs produced in 52' this one is 40 from the end of production.

It all boils down to IF the car is numbers matching and most of the 2 piece case motors over the years were replaced. This one does indeed have a two piece case motor but is the original one?

Now if this was a 51 and one of 117 cars then maybe he would have a shot at the big number. $525,000 is nothing but a dream.......;-)
