I was talking to theron about a Group Buy on our cup holders, and the idea is out there if any of you are interested. You might have seen some of our cup holders on this forum. The group buy is this, it's limited to 30 cup holders, we can run the special until Election day, Nov 6. We are offering the polished horizontal single at 10% off retail(135.00). Here is the deal, SOC members will get 5%(7.50) off initial purchase, if all 30 are sold by Election day, we will refund you ANOTHER 5%!!! Typically, you need 2 holders per car, so that's only 15 owners who would get the deal. PLUS, if you buy a pair at one time, we'll automatically give you the full 10%. But you MUST mention the SOC group buy when initial contact is made. Email sales@santanainteriors.com and let us know about the SOC Group buy, and we will reply with all the necessary stuff. Thanks for your time, Rich

My understanding is that these holders donot collapse when installed. Question then- Where are they best installed and how? I love the look of these holders but have hesitated buying for the above reasons.
Bob
Agree.. if they do not collapse (hide) when installed in our Speedsters, then
They ABSOLUTELY hide. Look at the 2nd and 3rd picture. They fold right into the face plate.
? Trick question?
For those with a Beck Carey thinks they would work well.
Who goes sippin' lattes when they're out cruising in the Speedster? Really, I wanna know.
Yea that would be me.
Rich I was thinking this would be good for the Carlisle trip, and yes I'm going.
I'm guessing Bob's question had to do with the back space required for these to properly collapse. Where is the best installation location in a Speedster? Or Spyder?
I've seen some guys mount them on the shift tunnel. I've seen some mounted in dash area, also, they have been mounted in kick panels, and in door panels. They are only 3.125" deep. Very shallow. And Rich, what's wrong with drinking and driving?

yikes, 150 each.
2 cupholders gone. Will update every few days. Thanks for the interest. You will not be disappointed.
their to close to each other depending on what your putting in them,
seems you are better off with two of the singles rather than a double.
they are also very pricey, especially for someone trying to sell a product who isn't
even a contributing member.....
Well, two things about drinking and driving. At my age, it reduces the time between runs, and two, sucking down slurrpies and driving takes your eye off the road...kinda like texting and cell phones. If I want to drink, I drink, of I want to drive, I drive. just my opinion.
Boy, you guys are a rough crowd.
I'll drink to that.
He has some new vertical ones I am going to put in my doors. They will be black anodized and will blend in with the door panel.
Boy, you guys are a rough crowd.
I think most of them are just crusty.
Do any of you have any idea how many plastic cup-holders you could put in a Lincoln for that money?
