H4 P45T bulbs for Hella Euro Lamps

Hey this is a supplier that is stocking the bulbs you need at a reasonable price.  You can get either the 90/100w or the standard 55/60 with the P45T Euro Base... You can also get the P43T which is the North American style 3 bayonet mount.  Anyway, these are german made and very reasonable compared to other vendors.

Adam is the guy that I have been speaking with.

Now if we could just get him to make Teardrop rubber gaskets to stop water getting into our rear lights it would be wonderful

Ray...Are these LEDs or Halogen ?   I'm looking for LEDs and so far two companies have sent units that don't fit. The halogen bulb you have in your link is what I have but what I have received so far is, LED bulbs have a very different mounting base which  will not fit my sockets.

I bought Hella buckets from Sierra Madre Collection Pn 631.109.90 with H4 P45T Halogen bulbs.....I'm still looking........Bruce

I think the problem with LED headlights is the need for the capacitor or adapter along with the need for a different reflector.  There is not enough room in the bucket.  If we could find a way to provide a quality adapter outside the bucket, they would probably fit. I went with high output H4 and they are quite an improvement over the original sealed beams.

Bruce os you really want LED then a british company dynamo generators has them and they have p43t to p45t adapters to make them fit. Look them up I posted the lunk before or pm me  if you cant findit

90/100 is a great bulb for haligen

As far as I know they are but you might want to confirm the room behind your BUCKETS and this dimension with Dynamo just to make sure... unless you want to take a flyer and buy them and thest them out for the list

In other word the heat sink sticks out of the back of the bulb how far ?

I was worried about water/dirt getting in, so I did holes at the back of my headlight buckets that let me press-fit an aerosol spray can cap (about 2-1/2" dia.) into the hole from inside of the bucket, then "glued" it in place with hi-temp silicon caulk.  That gave me plenty of room for a larger connector and it's water-tight.

Buckets = fibreglass of the body or Buckets equal the "European headlight assembly"

Marty I was referring to the spacing from the headlight assembly where the H4 bulbs goes in and the back of the Fiberglass buckets if they are closed, if not closed then your good to go.

LED have this end piece for a heat sink.  Here is what this company did.

That is why I think they hit the beam pattern right on... but the end piece needs room behind the headlight assembly for room and heat dissipation ... hence room in the fiberglass bodies bucket.

Hope it's clear as mud
