How ridiculous is that, that you have to buy a vehicle you plan to destroy just to register a replica?
It is ridiculous Robert M. While the process did make it _trivial_ (I cannot stress how easy it was to pass emissions this way) I don't think it does anything to help the kit car industry or the restoration vehicle industry.
