Troy, I bought it from the second owner who said the original owner told him he took the brake to Kirk when he was building the car and had him install it...I am actually heading up to VS this Saturday (my dad is very interested in having one made) and will ask Kirk if he did the install...quick ? for you, there are 2 switches under the dash...I know one is the kill switch but not sure what the other is for...fan? I'll let you know what Kirk tells me too!

For those of you drooling over Stu's beautiful silver Speedster, my silver and black Vintage will be ready for eBay in about 2 weeks or less.  Just waiting on new windshield posts.

It would be nice if you offered it up to the members here at a reasonable price.
Or will you be going straight to Fleabay in order to try and get top $$ ?

It's always night to make a deal with a fellow enthusiasts as opposed to paying top dollar bidding amongst the masses who don't contribute to the community.

Indetrucks.

I always post them on eBay with a Buy It Now price and I always post them on here so any SOC members have an opportunity to purchase and several have.  Also, if you have ever seen any of my eBay sales you will see that I do not "try to get top $$" I sell them for a reasonable and fair price, which will be thousands less than the original price that Stu's car was listed for.

Sacto Mitch.

The previous owner was told by the original owner that it is a 1915cc, but it is impossible to tell without taking the engine apart.  It feels like, but it could also be a 1776.  It has a Freeway Flyer transmission and has a little over 6,000 miles.  This picture was before I did anything to it and it looks much nicer now.

No, I was just hoping one would give members here the first crack at a deal.  It's just the cool thing to do and part of the reason members come here in the first place.  So we can feel special and be "in the know" as well as given the opportunity to pick something up without having to deal with the likes of Craigslist and/or Ebay.

We are contributing members and I feel it should be one of the rewards/benefits for being a part of this community.

Pet peeve of mine is someone posting their item/car for sale here and merely providing a ****ing link to Craigslist or Ebay.  Thanks for the special treatment *insert huge eyeroll here*

If you are going to do that, at least mention an SOC bro deal that is a tad lower than you are offering the avg low-baller Joe window shopping on Craigslist.

And don't even call me a Liberal, I will cut down Vince's stripper pole and shove it up ur arss!  lol

Hey, leave my stripper pole out of this, unless of course Katy, oh, nevermind.....

Troy isn't buying used speedsters, refurbishing them, and re-selling them because

he likes us so much or because we are contributing members, he doing it to make a few bucks, and he's bored.....

Being a liberal is normal when you are young

conservative thinking comes with age.....and money.....

wait a few years when you get tired of living in this socialist climate....

sometimes I'm glad I am as old as I am...
