1) cutout a piece of thin cardboard (cereal box stuff) roughly the same overall shape.

2) gently curve emblem to match nose front

3) flip emblem over, place on towel (to not scratch emblem surface)

4) push cardboard down on upside down emblem so emblem pins poke through cardboard

5) take cardboard and measure / place on car. tape in place.

6) once sure of measurements, use a black marker through the cardboard holes.

7) remove cardboard

8) use painters (green) tape over the surface (you'll be able to see the black markers through this stuff)

9) drill small pilot holes

10) test fit for pin alignment

11) adjust holes as necessary

12) push in emblem and depending on thickness of fiberglass, attach with correct clips or a dab of silicon.

if you need pics - they are on my site <----
You absolutely need to drill the holes at an angle toward the center of the car to match the angle of the pins.

I did it when I first got my black car and GOOFED BIG. I ended up taking it to the local body shop for a touch up and instal of the "porsche" emblem. When I had the front end painted to cover all the road rash, I had Henry fill the holes as I had gotten tired of the "porsche" on the car.
