I have made several purchases from them with good results. They (Jim, I think) have been good about communicating.
Once I bought some "real" Porsche door handles from them. When I found out they wouldn't fit I was allowed to return them. I bought some Speedster kit door handles on eBay. It turned out that it was Klasse selling those on eBay.

I've had nothing but great service from Jim. This is very uncharacteristic. Trouble with the shipper maybe?
I know they just moved to a new place. May have some issues with that. Just speculation. They recently moved from Allentown Pa to Schnecksville, pa - (same general area - Lehigh Valley Pa.)

Speaking about a class act ... I recently purchased some parts from www.sierramadrecollection.com and they did not work for me (not their fault). I called and talked to "Jorge" and he OKed a return. Get this .... he even refunded my shipping charges!! Wow! I highly recommend doing business with these guys. Most unusual today.

Klasse doesn't always keep a huge stock -- guess less if business relocation is in play. They will indeed make it good - give them a chance.

Dusty; I also ordered a pair of NOS Hella Horns from Jorge Perez and had nothing but great service and a great product. Have you seen his restored early 356 coupe? Absolutely amazing! Those guys really know their cars and bikes!!

Jim mailed me, he didnt have in stock so he had stoddard drop ship them. Stoddard was out of stock so my order just sat there till it came in. it would be nice if stoddard told myself or jim that it wasnt available, i could have looked elsewhere instead of waiting. its in the mail i'm told.

I had really good luck with them last summer. I'm surprised they didn't call you with an update. Class act.
