Alan, we met a guy with a '53 Chrysler yesterday at the Kent Island gig. He had a leaking power steering hose, and was very frustrated. He has owned the car for a very long time, and is looking for a different, more fun car to drive on weekends. He's thinking about buying a completed Speedster kit.
I told him they could be had for the bargain basement; $8K to $15K if he wanted a car that was absolutely bone stock and simple.
I gave him my contact info, and told him about you. I wrote down the site's info, and he said he would look you up here.
If I remember right, his name was also Alan.
