25K pampered miles, always garaged & covered..

1915cc, Dual Weber Carbs, freeway flyer (3:88) tranny..
external oil cooler, new tires, nipple hub caps...
Full tonneau cover, boot and side curtains...
fully badged with the typical Porsche logo's
asking price is 15,500.00
this tub has never left me on the side of the road...

Hate to do this and I have no intention of leaving this fine
site and it's people but I need something a little easier on the body...

A good friend has owned Porsches since 1962. His last one is/was a Boxster. The car was maintained as new and looked new inside and out. He sold it last week, mostly a result of total frustration, and bought a MB....the list of problems he had with the car was absolutely phenomenal. He swears he will never own another Porsche, and this is from a guy who I suspect wore Porsche underwear until the recent past. IMS issues early on Porsche did not replace the engine, main seal on the crankshaft replaced 3 times, 2 times under warranty, last time at his expense, alternator crapped out early on not covered under warranty, several hours to replace, air oil separator failed at 25k and required several hours of Porsche mechanic
