Hey All
I'm new to this deal. I just acquired a RS60 Spyder.I am in Ontario Canada. I just brought the car home, and I am sure it will be some time before it will be driven. The gentleman who owned it before me unfortunately just passed away.My dilemma is that I know very little about this type of project, as I grew up with Chev, and stock cars. I really want to do this properly. I will try to post some photos asap. Basically what I have is a 718 body and frame, an incomplete motor that I don't know the size of, no wiring, no brake lines. Although there is drums all round, and a steering wheel, unassembled windscreen, period seats, and all lights and emblems. I accidentally posted my first comments on the 'for sale site' so you know I'm confused early in the game. I will look for guidance, as everything I have seen at this site has been very inspiring!!. Thanks for the welcome SpyderMike and others, I have played with this car in the sandbox growing up, and look forward to putting one of these cars onto the road. For every question I have there is 50 more questions waiting to be asked. I look forward to this journey.
