I installed a new shifter sourced from Chirco and am very pleased. It was very reasonably priced and only took five minutes to install. I find the curve of the lever more appealing to my eye and the thickness seems to give a more positive feel. No adjustment was required once the lever was installed and it functions perfectly engaging all gears, including reverse.
