 Peace!

I noticed some paint bubbling, just below the license plate lights, passenger side. This area is VERY hot to the touch after a short drive. Further invetigation showed that the engine side of the fiberglass has been burning up and deteriating. My plan, is to fabricate a metal heat shield and install it to the rear of the tube frame and then bend it down toward the exhaust pipe to deflect the heat away from the glass. Good plan? And maybe adhere some firewall insulation also.

I had the drum brakes re-done today, clutch adjusted and some wiring repaired. She's about ready to cruise.
