You have to understand something. Just because he's advertising the rental at $750.00 per month doesn't mean he's getting $750.00 per month. You can put any price tag on any item but it's not worth that amount until it sells for your asking price or, in this case rental price.

I seriously doubt that he will get any takers but, who knows?
If someone were considering one of these cars, renting one for a month could be a cheap way to find out you DON'T want one (the rest of you - just go ahead and buy it, you'll love it). Plenty of speedsters (and far, far more spyders) get sold with only a few miles on them because someone decided it just wasn't their cup of tea afterall.

So rent one for a month and see if you like it. $750 is a whole lot less than you would pay in depreciation after buying one and selling it for used value.
