I live in Japan and own the 550SPYDER replica.
I ordered parts from VINTAGESPYDER in February.
The price of parts was paid with the credit card.
But parts are not sent.
A reply is not given, either, although asked by e-mail.
Isn't there any information about VINTAGESPYDER?
Hi Keiki,

I don't know too much about Vintage apart from the rumour that Greg often needs chasing up! I'm sure I read that he's recently been relocating his business and his website was down but I think it's all up and running again. Try him repeatly is my advice.

Good luck,

John S.

Post your same question here: spyderclub.com/phpbb2/viewforum.php?f=14

That will link you directly to another open forum, sponsored and monitored by Vintage Spyders. A suggestion would be to ask your question on that forum, in the open, for the whole spyder community to see. If you do not receive a response in a few days, repeat the question again, and again, and so forth.

Vintage has a reputation for good product, but many have commented about very, very poor communication and delivery. Since there is a chance you may be the only one communicating for a while, do it in public on the open forum, and do it often.

Good luck
Mark
KEIKI,
Not sure if you have the same recourse in Japan. But here in the US you can dispute the charge with your credit card company. The will handle the dispute with the vendor.

I have about had it with Vintage Spyders as well...
Fortunately, I have 4 million web hits a month to do damage with.

Oh and the pictures you uploaded are gorgeous!
