Maybe I'm missing something (not unusual for me), but from the description, it sounds like you could do everything this thing does - and a whole lot more - with a 10-buck multimeter and a set of jumper cables.
- 20 feet jumper lead set
- Bad ground indicator and short circuit indicator
- Continuity tester
- Relay and component tester

Also, I'm pretty sure there are only four 'features' listed, and that they're trying to make that look like eight features.
I think Ray is bored and searches the internet for things to buy.
Lol, maybe DannyP just fell on it and right now I can't get my hands into the back of the dash so I was thinking of tracing the wiring to find where I can tap into the light 
seemed like a neat setup to find + or Neg and open, and trace the wires
It is kind of neat to be able to send 12V easily to test while still protecting the circuit.
