About the same chance that tomorrow morning I'll wake up looking exactly like "after trim-spa" version of Anna Nicole Smith (though that would make Steve REALLY happy). About the same chance that the Oregon economy will snap around and our budget will balance TOMORROW. About the same chance as seeing 80 cent a gallon gas again....
