Hello, I am a new member to this forum and am building a RS60 utilizing a GP Projects body. We are building the rest of the car "from scratch", which I am providing by the fist full. The car is coming along and I hope to complete it this year, but I've said that before. It is not really going to be a replica, but more of an updated tribute to the simple, lightweight sports cars I remember from my youth. I have posted photos of it at: www.pbase.com/eddemayo/profile

I like the front tubular double A arm assembly, what kind of power and transmission are you planning on running in the car?? I hope you're planning on an IRS rear suspension set up. With the front A arms and an IRS, the car will handle like no other. It also looks like you're planning on a Rack & Pinion steering box. If so, that will make steering really precise.
I haven't posted on this site in a couple of years, but the project is alive again. After a really bad experience with a serious BS artist, who essentially ruined the back half of the body, I finally located someone who understands composites and was able to build a new tail section. The fiberglass work is almost finished and I can now turn my attention back to finishing the mechanicals, plumbing and wiring and a thousand other details. Ed, GLAD to see your project is back on. I'm hoping to have my TR RSK shell delivered to my builder by the end of April. . . YAHOOO! I'm considering front-end steering/suspension choices (rear will be IRS), and would love your insight/suggestions. I'm thinking 911 or 914 ZF or CVU or perhaps some performance-oriented after-market (BRT racing). What R&P ratios (16:1, 14:1, 6:1 . . . ) do you think are best for racing and street apps?

Your pics are GREAT!

Hope all else is well.
